Mantainable only @ 15 Expertise.
Major runes or consumables needed, or Dwarven Stability in your bar. That's its drawback.
Soldier's Fury is cheap and mantainable even with 0 points spent in any attribute.
Try harder.

Yeah sure , enlighten us. What will be the next bloody broken shit that can compare to previous SF/OB/600 ? and you are not allowed to say any of those 3 again.

Ah, wow. I guess you do learn something new every day. Thanks for the tip; I had no clue Earthbind bypassed KD immunity.

Probably a Mesmer. He's been advocating Mesmers to be put inline with Permas and 600/Smite for so long (instead of nerfing SF and 600/Smite to put them more inline with everything else) that it wouldn't surprise me.
EDIT - Deadly Paradox + SF + Enchantment mod -> Mantainable even @ 12 SA -> W/A to replace the ObsidianTank

Yeah because investing into a attribute that will make your skills pretty much free is a waste.
You will be running with [email protected] which means a 1 sec downtime. And it's a stance. Or if you prefer to have it up at all times - just go with a major rune. It's PvE.
You can't advocate a PvE nerf to Soldier's on the basis of balance when Expert's got a PvE version.

Hammer buff is a nice addition, but sadly heroes are still stupid at using hammer skills, the only combo they do is KD+Crushing blow, they use lose all adren skill as soon as recharged so useless, they use conditional skills when the condition is not met, (needed KD and enemy is standing, needed weakness and no condition on the enemy)
So hammer: nice on your char, waste on your heroes.

Answer: the old bloody broken shit. Tactics got a buff so the old 6 war, 1 mo, 1 orders will work a hell of a lot like the old?
really there is a hell of a lot that has been broken besides SF/600/Ob flesh and if you don't realize this, you really have no idea what to expect.

If anything, it's ED to be an exception, not every other IAS in the game.
Then again. Just pick "I'm Unstoppable" on your Paragon and there goes your -20 malus. It's PvE afterall.

Does anyone ever use Experts? In PvE or PvP? Ever anymore?
You're flinging poo in an empty room my friend.

So now we have the problem of needing to be under a chant or shout, then we have the armour malus, then we have the 1 sec activation time and now you want to add the need to use a PvE skill also?
And that's what you want to use your elite on? When even without the new issues, FA was always the superior option?

That's not the issue here.
You don't go around defending a change based on a rule that doesn't apply anymore. A simple "shove it sister" would be much more relevant than that argument.

Breaking the sentence to drop your sht is annoying pal , the clause is "that can COMPARE to SF/600/OB" so cut the crap. When you have taken down the mafia , you dont really care about pet stealers . Its a matter of size and yes , it matters.
The next "broken" ( yes, with " because it wont be broken , just unbalanced ) stuff wont matter as much as the ones reworked in this update and if you dont realize this , you are really clueless.

Easily nullified by the bonus adrenaline gain offered by SF, its cheap cost, the skill being pretty much unlinked. Talk about bar compression: IAS+IAG for 5 energy, mantainable with no effort by everyone (while ED can be run by Rangers only).

Aaaah, every update is so love inspiring...
I'm not sure what to think of this update, but there will be a lot of things to try out first. Either way, I'm glad that SF and 600/smite are gone.

Not gone, just not absurdly overpowered as before.
SF is now mantainable by anyone with just Deadly Paradox and an Enchantment Mod.

I've used it on my ranger heroes many months ago, but then I realised that paragon heroes deal more damage and their party support is more useful than the two interrupts per ranger. And my para heroes even got buffed in this update.

What a great update! Nerfs on the right places, SF/BB sins/PC and some interesting buffs on the hammer line.
Well done, Test Krew.
